1.  The Seller agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to buy one (check appropriate line)___ male __ female dog.

2. The Seller warrants that the above-described dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time Buyer assumes ownership. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours (not including weekends or holidays) of receipt of the puppy. Proof of inspection will be required prior to the Seller forwarding AKC registration papers to the Buyer. If, as a result of the examination, the Veterinarian determines that the puppy is not in good health, then the Buyer shall elect to keep the puppy or return the puppy to the Seller for a refund. If the Buyer elects to return the puppy, the Buyer shall within 10 days after the date of the signing of this contract, send to the Seller, by certified mail, a written Veterinarian's certificate stating that the puppy was in ill health when examined. Upon receipt of the puppy, the Seller shall be obligated to refund all monies received from the Buyer toward the purchase of the puppy, and further performance under this contract shall be null and void. All action taken to return the puppy shall be with the best interest of the puppy in mind, including temperature at time of shipment, non-stop flights, etc.

3. The Buyer is completely satisfied and waives any and all claims regarding the puppy's conformation and outward appearance. (Thus meaning that the American Kennel Club (AKC) breed standard sets the puppy forth at this age.)

4. The Buyer agrees that any and all transportation costs, to and/or from the Seller's premises, will be at the cost and sole responsibility of the Buyer.

5. The Buyer agrees to maintain preventative health care of the puppy including, but not limited to: inoculations, internal as well as external parasites, heartworm preventative medication.

6. Ownership of the Dog shall be transferred to the Buyer for the sale price of $ __________   to be paid in full on or before _____/_____/_____ Only after the full amount of the agreed upon amount is paid, may the Dog be removed from the Seller's premises. If the balance is left unpaid by such date as of the _____/_____/_____, this agreement shall be canceled at the Seller's option and the Buyer shall forfeit the deposit of $ 400.00 (Four-Hundred Dollar and 0/100 cent) given hereunder.

7. The Buyer agrees that should it become necessary to sell or otherwise place this Dog, the Buyer will notify the Seller before taking such action so that the Dog may, at the Seller's option, be re-purchased by the Seller at the a sale price to be determined as such time. Upon notification, the Seller shall have 14 working days to exercise said re-purchase option. Exercise shall be notice in writing sent to the Buyer.

8. Seller does provide a 1 year genetic health guarantee that guarantees a replacement puppy out of one of the next upcoming litters from “German Shepherd Dogs "Vom Pegasus” to Buyer, should the pup be determined by OFA to not have “certified” hips. Buyer shall spay or neuter a dog which did not pass OFA requirements for hips and provide Seller with proof thereof to be eligible for a replacement pup.  Seller does not require return of the dog.

9. Buyer agrees not to start any excessive physical stress training of this animal, until it has reached a minimum of 12 months of age. (Thus allowing the animal the physical as well as mental maturity level not to harm or damage the animal.

10. Buyer agrees that the Seller may repossess the animal upon evidence of neglect and/or abuse at no expense to the Seller, and no refund of any monies.

11. Buyer agrees that the puppy will NOT be left alone in a backyard or kennel only. Buyer agrees that the puppy will reside at the home of the Buyer, and have access to a fenced yard, and not be chained or "tied out". (see section 9) This animal is sold with the understanding that it was to go to select homes, socialized properly, and become a member of the family.

This Agreement is made and signed by both parties to insure the well being and protection of this animal. If any part of this Agreement is breached, the Seller is released from any further obligations hereunder. Should the Seller need to seek legal action against the Buyer for violations of this Agreement, the Buyer will assume any and all attorney costs and court fees.
